Reservations

Our cancellation policy requires 48 hours notice prior to check-in time on your arrival date.  No refunds or cancellations can be made for inclement weather and all reservations are subject to a $10.00 + HST processing fee.  Those who give less than 48 hours notice or don't show up forfeit their payment for their entire stay.

When you cancel you will receive a cancellation email - if you do not receive this email with 24 hours of cancelling please contact us so we can resend it.

Full payment is due in advance and is processed at the time of your reservation booking.  Any credit card with insufficient transaction will result in your reservation being cancelled.  You will note payment of this in this confirmation
